Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate and develop business plans that align with the organizational strategy and feed into the business planning process promptly.
Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to refine our approach.
Develop data driven growth plans aligned with our long term goals
- Business Plan Execution: Lead in the planning and execution of tailored business plans.
Collaborate with businesses to set measurable KPIs for growth initiatives
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of all businesses, provide feedback and support to help them meet sales targets and improve their effectiveness in the market.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management/ business development/ strategic planning with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation.
Knowledge of the Analytical industry is advantageous.
Strategic Thinking, strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational ability
Strong business and financial acumen.
Ability to work independently; self-motivated and results-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to articulate strategies and gather feedback.
Project Management – ability to manage large-scale projects and ensure timely completion

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
