What this role is all about

Are you a forward-thinking individual with a keen interest in business strategy? Are you eager to apply your analytical skills and learn how strategies are developed and implemented in a dynamic business environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Infobip is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Intern.

As a Strategy Development Intern, you will work closely with our strategy team to contribute to the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

• Conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
• Assisting in the formulation and evaluation of business strategies and recommendations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic projects
• Supporting the creation of strategic presentations and reports for senior management
• Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions

What makes you a strong fit

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics or IT field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research and data analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are available to start with internship on February 9th, 2026
• You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months)
• You are available for work 30+h/weekly

Internship timeline

• Application deadline (4th of January)
• CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January) 
• Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
• Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
• Start of internship program (February 9th)
• Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
• Working with the mentor and within a team (February - August)
• End of the Internship program (August)
