A Day in the LifeAs a Digital Solutions & Process Optimization Senior Specialist responsible for Distributor Portal and other regional initiatives, you will work closely with IT on product development, as well as lead the communication and alignment with internal and external partners. Within your role, you will also lead the identification of process improvement opportunities, and you will collaborate with internal stakeholders on the implementation.
The role is a part of Strategic Partnerships & Patient Solutions (SPPS) Centre of Excellence, where you will collaborate with stakeholders in various EurAsia markets. For this position, you will be expected to be located in Warsaw (Poland), Prague (Czech Republic), Zagreb (Croatia), Budapest (Hungary) or Istanbul (Turkiye).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Gather requirements, prioritize backlog, create process flows, and manage roadmap for SPPS digital solutions
  • Collaborate with IT during product development. Lead the User Acceptance Testing, smoke testing and release coordination
  • Drive adoption of digital solutions by providing training, guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support expansion of SPPS programs into new geographies in partnership with local teams
  • Own and manage the SPPS EurAsia Distributor Portal, ensuring content, access, and tools meet distributor and business needs
  • Proactively identify process simplification and standardization opportunities across SPPS workstreams, and lead the implementation of the agreed initiatives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project or product management, with proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong product management and project execution skills, including backlog management, process design, testing coordination, and work in Scrum environments.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, user management, system administration, and familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights for finance and commercial leaders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, Fluency in English, and Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Forms).

Preferred qualifications: Certifications such as Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), or Product Management Certification; and experience with tools like Jira, Miro, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI.
