Strategy & BD Manager
Your role
- Support the development of short-term and long-term strategies, including strategies for specific businesses and the China region, to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor the execution and impact of strategic initiatives; identify potential risks and opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Conduct high-quality industry and market research, as well as competitor analysis, to generate meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Apply advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses of business challenges; drive specific project workstreams or projects to develop innovative and feasible solutions.
- Cultivate effective relationships with business and functional teams, while being an excellent team player within the strategy team.
- Assist in creating presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of complex ideas, valuable insights, and strategic recommendations that drive effective strategic dialogue.
Your’re the right fit if:
- At least 3 to 5 years of recent experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.), or in a business development or strategy function with a top-tier international company.
- Master's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering from a top university with excellent academic track record; an MBA is preferred.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with logical thinking ability.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in Medtech or Consumer Health/Retail is preferred.
