We are looking for an experienced Technology Portfolio & PMO Manager to provide end-to-end visibility and governance across technology initiatives. This role will consolidate project progress, risks, dependencies, resource needs, investments, and business outcomes to support timely management decisions and execution.
Responsibilities:· Track and consolidate the status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies of technology initiatives across Technology, Product, AI, Business, and Operations teams.
· Prepare clear project and portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive updates to support management review and decision-making.
· Identify, monitor, and escalate critical risks, cross-project dependencies, delivery issues, and required management actions in a timely manner.
· Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, annual roadmaps, budget planning, and technology investment decisions.
· Manage demand, resource capacity, allocation, and capability gaps across the Technology Strategy portfolio.
· Track initiative KPIs, user adoption, expected benefits, and realised business value; connect technology delivery to business outcomes.
· Coordinate ownership, milestones, and action follow-up across internal teams to avoid duplicated work and ensure delivery accountability.
· Support governance of strategic vendors and partners, including delivery commitments, progress tracking, risks, and follow-up actions.
· Drive executive-sponsored or urgent strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery and transition to Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience in technology PMO, project portfolio management, program management, or technology strategy.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery, Jira, and portfolio governance.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and executive-reporting skills.
- Able to develop clear dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Able to use AI tools for analysis, reporting, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Able to work independently at Department Manager to Division Manager level and remain hands-on when required.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience managing a large and complex technology or digital transformation portfolio.
- Experience in retail, commercial, store operations, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Experience working with technology vendors, strategic partners, and senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technology delivery into measurable business value.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 8 years ++ in project coordination, PMO, or research roles.
- Experience supporting senior executives on strategic initiatives.
- Market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Speaking Chinese is preferred.
