The role partners with commercial, technology, finance, and supplier-facing teams to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, write product requirements, manage the backlog, and lead sprint delivery.

Own the roadmap for AI and data-driven assortment optimization tools supporting buying and merchandising teams. Lead discovery, define and prioritize recommendation, dashboard, and inventory-risk features, write PRDs, manage the backlog, and partner with technology and data science teams. Collaborate on item data quality and track adoption and business KPIs. The role requires product management experience, data-driven product exposure, and familiarity with merchandising or category management.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for commercial B2B products in the grocery/food supply chain. Define KPIs, translate user needs into stories, manage backlog and releases, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee data pipelines and analytics integration, and ensure product delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Own the roadmap and commercialization of a supplier data monetization platform, including subscription tiers, one-time reports, pricing, packaging, and supplier adoption. Define data products with engineering and analytics teams, write PRDs, manage the backlog and sprint delivery, and track revenue, activation, growth, and churn KPIs. Partner with finance, commercial stakeholders, and external suppliers to develop valuable B2B data offerings.

Own the enterprise data platform backlog and roadmap; translate consumer needs into measurable engineering stories; run two-week sprint cadence; author gate criteria for services (SLOs, API maturity, SDK readiness, governance); negotiate service contracts with consumers; track platform KPIs and report to leadership; coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage platform risk register.

Own the cost management product roadmap across Commercial Hub and Oracle RMS. Improve cost-change registration, approval, and update workflows; ensure data integrity; increase vendor digital compliance; and reduce errors, disputes, and manual workarounds. Partner with buyers, category managers, finance, vendors, and technology teams. Write product requirements, manage the backlog, and coordinate sprint delivery while working within legacy ERP constraints.

Own the Tmall e-commerce product portfolio for Makro Pro in China. Analyze consumer trends, competitors, and market insights to define product selection and launch plans. Develop pricing, cost, and profitability models; manage product lifecycle performance; create clearance and growth strategies; and collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams on product information, planning, and cost alignment.

Plan, produce, and optimize livestream commerce campaigns and content initiatives. Coordinate hosts, influencers, production teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders; manage schedules, budgets, and event execution; analyze livestream KPIs; develop performance reports; and recommend improvements aligned with marketing, merchandising, promotions, and product launches.

Own end-to-end digital campaign delivery for the Makro PRO Web and App platforms, from brief review and copy refinement through campaign setup, quality control, go-live, and issue resolution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, verify content and SKU accuracy, maintain first-time-right execution, support peak-period operations, and recommend process or automation improvements.

Lead the technical design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring accurate transaction recording and data synchronization across platforms.

Build and maintain frontend systems for a B2B e-commerce marketplace. Translate designs and product vision into responsive, user-friendly products; develop frontend logic; integrate internal and external data sources; collaborate using agile practices; and provide feedback on technical trade-offs. The role requires React Native, React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AWS, RESTful APIs, mobile development, and automated testing experience.

Lead multiple large-scale IT and digital transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, requirements, budgets, risks, UAT, change management, governance, reporting, and documentation. Coordinate solution design, system integration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare while ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, quality, and operational-readiness objectives.

Build and maintain React and TypeScript applications for forecasting and replenishment workflows. Identify and remove bottlenecks, implement infrastructure-as-code across multiple cloud providers, manage metrics and logging, and ensure thorough testing (manual acceptance, exploratory, automated end-to-end). Provide defect feedback and help prioritize fixes alongside the Product Owner.
