Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries as well as related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a hands-on and resilient person to anchor a portfolio of growing Strategy & Planning responsibilities in Indonesia. Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Sales Strategy and Planning to elevate client experience and product satisfaction, maximize demand generation and market penetration, strengthen cross-functional synergy, and leverage data for strategic decision-making. If you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct comprehensive B2B market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with various departments, including product owners, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
  • Prepare action plans to increase demand and strengthen supply
  • Analyze Transport & Express special projects performance

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Sales Strategy or Sales Planning or Business Analyst or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness, passionate in making positive impact in emerging markets, and can quickly adjust to change
  • A collaborative person equipped with people management skills that allow one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
  • Top fast paced company background will be advantages
