What you'll do
- Monitor real-time operations across cities to ensure proper implementation of SOPs (dispatch communications, surcharge adjustments, manual allocation).
- Support weekly mission rollouts for drivers by preparing spreadsheets and aligning with stakeholders to boost driver LTV.
- Analyze weekly KPIs and propose action plans to address gaps and optimize performance.
- Track supply vs demand growth across cities, identifying imbalances and supporting cross-functional alignment.
- Conduct weekly analyses on vehicle type performance to flag key deviations or growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute weekly driver communication plans.
- Benchmark driver pricing and earnings versus competitors to ensure our market competitiveness.
What You'll Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, dashboards).
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
