Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives that align with Allstate’s growth objectives within the Strategic Distribution Design team. They will support the development of innovative growth strategies that respond to market demands, support our long-term goals, and strengthen Allstate’s position as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate Distribution Strategy: Support the research, creation, testing, and refinement of programs and models to innovate Allstate’s distribution strategy, including agency model, direct and broker distribution. Assist in sales and service process design, influencing technology development, prioritization, and optimization.
  • Strategic Analysis: Develop strategic intelligence and provide recommendations on how to optimally develop new distribution models across sales and distribution.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation and help maintain Allstate’s competitive edge. Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects concurrently to meet performance targets and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track KPIs: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration on Strategic Execution: Work with leaders in Allstate Sales and Distribution delivery to support the development and execution of short and long-term strategies to grow market share.
  • Rewards Programs Support: Assist in the support of Agent and Agency Rewards & Recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education is preferred or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of experience doing business analysis, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Provide Strategic Data-Driven Support.
  • Proficient in data visualization and presentation.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.
