About the Team:
Aspire is growing its business in multiple regions around the world which this role will help enable as a core member of the global strategy team. You’ll join a small but high-performing strategy team responsible for unlocking our growth opportunities. You will work on ways to lay pathways to fast-track license approvals and clear traditional regulatory hurdles to help expand our business into new markets.
About the Role
- All Rounder: Be an all-rounder who can be trusted to contribute to a variety of licensing related expansion projects to expand Aspire’s presence in multiple regions.
- Strategy: Help size, define and map new markets by conducting research on the licensing and regulatory landscape of new markets including competitor analysis.
- Project management: Work collaboratively with local and international cross-functional teams to drive our licensing plans related to our local go-to-market strategies.
- Process improvement: Adapt the Strategy Team’s existing processes and build new ones to help scale our licensing plans to work across multiple regions.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functional teams including Ops, Legal, Finance, Product and Compliance as part of our global licensing machine.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business, management or related field
- 2 to 4 years of work experience, ideally in the fintech, payments, consulting, banking and/or financial services industries
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to build tools to digest complex data and generate actionable insights for management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on when needed to make things happen today instead of tomorrow, building things from scratch
- Able to work independently but also take direction from others regarding specific requirements
- Self-driven and take initiative all the time to help us build and expand our business globally
The annual US base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $90,000. This salary range may cover a number of levels at Aspire and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, performance in the interview process and final location.
