Job Overview:

The Strategy Analyst provides the data, analysis, and executive materials that support the SVP and VP, Partner Strategy & Development in setting and executing OEM partner strategy. • Consolidate partner and dealer feedback into structured input for Product and program teams
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from the SVP and VP with fast, decision-ready answers
  • Own the data, analysis, and first drafts of steering committee presentations, Monthly Business Reviews, and leadership updates
  • Produce partner scorecards and KPI dashboards; standardize recurring reporting so it runs on a predictable cadence
  • Prepare briefing materials for partner executive meetings, tradeshows, and internal leadership reviews
  • Document decisions, action items, and follow-ups from leadership and partner meetings
  • Support MSA and amendment negotiations with financial analysis, redline tracking, and term comparisons
  • Coordinate RFP responses: manage timelines, assemble content from Product, Legal, Risk, and Finance, and draft analytical sections
  • Support post-RFP debriefs to capture partner feedback, competitive insights, and lessons that strengthen future proposals
  • Maintain a status tracker for all open negotiations, RFPs, and commercial commitments
