NVIDIA is seeking a experienced MBA graduate with a consistent record of developing and instituting practices and methods that achieve operational efficiency across a global field organization. The ideal candidate will have: broad familiarity with modern B2B business administration methods and tools; experience in Enterprise business development; international know-how and comfort in taking care of diverse cultures proven mastery; knowledge of various industries

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support leadership with a variety of strategic projects

  • Lead the team analysts 
  • Work with industry leaders on the development of the relevant sales strategies

  • Define and build a framework that links and unifies planning, implementation and monitoring activities across worldwide field marketing.

  • Support regional team and leadership in development and execution of core sales strategies

  • Work seamlessly and effectively across Enterprise Marketing, Sales Operations and Finance teams to develop highly aligned and effective cross-organizational processes, reporting, and feedback/input mechanisms.

What we need to see:

  • MBA graduate

  • 8+ years of professional experience, ideally within a global B2B Enterprise and/or consulting.

  • A track record demonstrating proficiency in operational methods - planning, implementation and monitoring.

  • High level of energy and situational adaptability.

  • Consistent record to effectively work in matrix organisations and present informal leadership.

  • Shown ability to interact optimally across groups, and to work effectively with executives.

  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proficiency in two or more languages.

  • Experience in a variety of industries.

  • Experience in product management and demand creation.

  • Experience in chief of staff and/or strategy and operations roles
