Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies for support of indirect spend projects in consultation with business stakeholders.
- Prepare sourcing documents, agreements, statements of work, amendments, renewals, and related procurement documents.
- Draft and operate RFI/RFQ/RFPs from start to finish, which includes creation, issuance, and facilitation of the entire process through supplier evaluations (using scorecards) and supplier selection.
- Responsible for complex sourcing projects and contract negotiations that optimize value to the company.
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, Vendor Security, Privacy, Supplier Alliance teams and other departments on supplier management related matters.
- Ensure responsible projects drive price reduction, optimize demand, consolidate vendors, and improve processes.
- Ensure supplier selection process is in support of category strategy and Quality Management System.
- Measure and monitor suppliers for continuous performance and improvement. Promote internal stakeholder awareness of indirect procurement processes and systems, and promote compliance to Procurement best practices to reduce maverick spending.
- Evaluate suppliers for preferred supplier programs by category and drive adoption with stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and deliver in consultation with other stakeholders continuous improvements to processes that support Global Supplier Alliance activities.
- Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems. Promote best practice in Strategic Sourcing and change management in order to align commercial resources to growing business needs.
- Utilize category management to identify resources required to facilitate optimal outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and
- 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management or a combination of these fields. Employer will accept a
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and
- 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management or a combination of these fields in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experience. Pre- or post-Master’s degree experience accepted. All experience must be post-Bachelor’s.
Applicants must have 5 years (3 years with a Master’s degree) of demonstrated experience with each of the following skills:
- using best-in-class procurement processes including: benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, and contracting;
- structuring, negotiating, and drafting contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), software licensing agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Pricing and Payment terms, warranties, and Penalties and Project deliverables;
- measuring supplier KPIs, developing scorecards, preparing Supplier Performance reports, and driving Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes to monitor sourcing and supplier performance;
- leveraging strategic and transactional procurement systems for spend analysis, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management;
- negotiating supply base management;
- financial analysis and reporting; and
- project management and reporting on project status monthly to senior management.
Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

Base Pay Range for this position: $133,583 - $166,000 per year.
