In the role as Strategic Sourcing & Partner Manager you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer at FalCom, part of GN. You will manage strategic supplier partnerships, secure supply, and deliver value across key categories that enable FalCom’s mission.

At our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the FalCom Supply Chain team and report to Camilla Thorn, Senior Manager, Supply Chain. We promote collaboration, clear accountability, and quality outcomes in a changing environment.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Strong track record in developing and executing category and supplier strategies, based on demand, manufacturing footprint, technology roadmap, risk, cost and capacity
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex contracts and LTAs with international suppliers and EMS/CM partners
- Solid understanding of cost structures, TCO, risk and resilience in electronics and EMS supply chains.
- Develop and manage an annual savings pipeline and cost down roadmap together with Planning & Procurement, Project Sourcing, Engineering and Finance
- Experience with supplier performance management, KPI frameworks and escalation handling
- Strong analytical skills, including spend, savings and risk analysis; proficient in Excel and ERP/BI tools
- Familiarity with compliance, governance and procurement policies in an international context
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have a higher education within Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Business or similar
- Bring experience in strategic sourcing and partner management within technology/defense and are familiar with category management, SRM, contracts, and supplier risk/compliance (e.g., export control, ISO)
- Are analytical and comfortable with data, including spend, savings and risk analysis, and proficient in Excel and ERP/BI tools
- Are commercially sharp with strong stakeholder management and able to influence at senior levels internally and externally
- Are strategic and structured thinker who can translate strategy into pragmatic actions and support operational execution
- Are resilient and collaborative, able to navigate conflicts and escalations while maintaining constructive relationships
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Approximately 15–30 days per year (supplier/EMS visits, negotiations, audits and internal cross‑site meetings), depending on business needs.
