We are seeking a dynamic and results driven leader for our Procurement & Supply – NPP (New Product Projects) team. In this role you will lead a team to successfully enable Procurement & Supply target achievement within the CVDS framework & DTNA product projects. This role will support a fast paced, challenging, and complex process, ensuring Procurement & Supply maintains a leadership role supporting engineering products with benchmark cost, quality, and delivery within the supply chain.Posting Information

What You Drive at DTNA
Managing the coordination & implementation of new product projects.
Serve as the Procurement and Supply leader for product projects, accountable for achieving cost targets, supplier readiness, and delivery milestones.
Frontload procurement strategies, timelines, and cost targets, ensuring alignment and transparency across Purchasing teams, Controlling, Engineering, and Program Management.
Prepare leadership teams and represent Procurement & Supply in key strategic project steering meetings, including PSC, Product Committee, Management Support, Executive Decision Board, and Technical SteCo forums.
Develop, manage, and execute project implementation plans in accordance with the CVDS processes.
Lead regular steering readiness meetings with all affected DTNA stakeholders to deliver project timelines. Resolve pre-production launch readiness issues.
Process owner for Purchasing Steering Committee (PSCM)
Lead other Procurement projects where “PMO” methodology supports efficient project target achievement.
Manage DTNA Tooling Operations team including:
Leading and developing Tooling team members located in Saltillo, MX
Managing annual tooling budget of approximately $25M
Purchase order and acquisition processes for new tooling
Ensuring effective project management of new tooling to support supplier launch readiness and timeline adherence
Establishing and maintaining tooling and asset management procedures
Managing tooling lifecycle to ensure sustained capability, quality, and delivery performance
Conducting tooling and supplier capacity reviews and forecasting
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of group leader, project leader, supervisor, or management experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to collaborative effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong executive level communication skills required.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Experience creating executive level presentations.
Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of driving process optimization.
Proficient Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
5 years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Manufacturing preferred.
