As a vital member of our team, the Strategic Solutions Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving our organization’s strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Work with cross-functional teams to assist with coordinating the design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that address strategic challenges.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals within the development teams.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document detailed business needs and requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential development risks and issues early in the project. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to challenges effectively.
- Support Leadership: Provide support to senior management in the development and execution of strategic plans, including conducting research and preparing briefing materials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and testing. Collaborate with QA teams to address any issues that arise.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports and meeting notes. Prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management. Create Support team training materials and maintain a repository of Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within current processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education/Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or work equivalent
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a strategic or operational role.
- Highly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to present and communicate ideas clearly via email
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities at a single time
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
