Every day, Cambia’s dedicated team of Strategic Sales Proposal Writer is living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, our Strategic Sales Proposal Writers develops and conceptualizes compelling sales proposals and support materials while collaborating with internal subject matter experts. This role manages the complete proposal lifecycle, from gathering and formatting information to facilitating reviews and securing approvals, ensuring accurate and persuasive content that aligns with business objectives – all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

  • Strategic Sales and Proposal Writer would have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field and 5 years of experience in communications or copywriting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Clear and compelling writing skills adaptable to diverse audiences

  • Self-motivated multitasker capable of managing concurrent projects

  • Experience with strategic and enterprise-level proposal development

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Skilled at synthesizing complex information into concise, meaningful content

 

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Develops strategic proposal responses by analyzing RFPs and identifying key opportunities and client needs

  • Collaborates with sales executives and stakeholders to create compelling solution messaging aligned with sales objectives

  • Ensures quality through standardized templates and consistent voice while adhering to company values and compliance requirements

  • Manages end-to-end proposal process, from content development to final approval, including executive summaries, presentations, and supporting materials

  • Maintains strict deadlines through effective project management and regular status updates while coordinating multiple stakeholders

  • Creates versatile sales communications including presentations, collateral, and internal/external publications

  • Partners cross-functionally with sales teams, product specialists, and marketing to deliver strategic initiatives and winning proposals

The expected hiring range for a Strategic Sales Proposal Writer is $83,300 - $112,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%.  The current full salary range for this role is $78,000 - $128,000. #LI-remote
