We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Risk Consulting team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.  

The candidate will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and the long-term success of our business. Working closely with the Asia Crisis Management and Enterprise Risk Management Leaders, this role will allow you to gain experience in a wide range of our Strategic Risk Consulting disciplines and support our clients understand and mitigate their risk exposures.

We will count on you to:

• Play a key role in project teams working on client facing projects; this will include supporting on Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management engagements.
• Collaborate with key client stakeholders to assess their risk and resilience requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Stay current on best practices in Enterprise Risk Management and Resilience and contribute to the development of new products and offerings.
• Support on the development of commercial activities including proposals and RFP responses.
• Support on business development activities by staying present on key trends in client industries and conducting research on potential risk exposures.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Economics, International Relations, etc.).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a client facing role in professional services (insurance, consulting, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside-the-box.
• Self-starter with outgoing personality with comfort and ability to work in an environment where you will be given high degree of autonomy.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence presenting to colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client projects.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Relevant experience or knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management.
• Confidence and comfort interacting with client stakeholders and senior leaders.
• International experience through work experience or studying abroad.
• Proficiency in other regional languages.
• Evidence of real achievement and interest outside of academics and work (arts, sport, community work, etc.).
