Your OpportunityWe are looking for a Strategic Quality Partner who will act as a key driver of excellence across our product development lifecycle, from idea to launch. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with experts across the value chain to accelerate development, strengthen compliance, and deliver real value to patients and customers.
Act as the single point of contact for quality in development and product change projects, influencing key decisions and outcomes.
Partner with Design Quality Partners (DQPs) to ensure efficient and compliant milestone documentation.
Lead strategic quality initiatives, guiding project teams toward the right balance of innovation, risk, and compliance.
Collaborate across Customer Areas (CAs) to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of global standards.
Integrate lessons learned and post-market insights into early development to strengthen end-to-end quality.
Drive risk-based decision-making and enable effective issue resolution (e.g., CAPA, NC).
Support and prepare for audits and milestone reviews with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Develop and enhance playbooks and best practices that accelerate project delivery and strengthen Pre-Market Quality’s contributions.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation within and across teams.
Serve as a coach and role model, inspiring others to think beyond tasks — toward outcomes, impact, and excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) with 8+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry or a related field, ideally in business or product-related functions.
Strong scientific and technical foundation, with experience in chemically and biologically based assay or reagent development in a molecular diagnostics environment.
Deep understanding of regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GDP, GMP) and proven end-to-end lifecycle management expertise.
Strong business and financial acumen with an enterprise mindset; pragmatic decision-maker able to progress without perfect information; excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, driving change, fostering collaboration, and applying agile methods and new ways of working.
The global grade range for this position is between SE7 and SE8.
