Job Description

<業務内容>

①CEに関連するJapan Corporate Strategyの立案

• バッテリー領域のタスクフォースメンバーの活動実績・成果を踏まえた戦略・戦術の見直しと翌年以降のアクションプランの策定
  • 実行したアクションの成果の振り返りと改善策の提案
  • 翌年以降のアクションプラン立案とKPI策定
• Clean Energy分野における戦略立案（2026 and onward）
  • Clean Energy領域の各セグメントのポテンシャル分析、および参入セグメントの特定
  • 上記に対する市場参入戦略とImplementation planの立案
  • Japan Leadership Teamへのコミュニケーション資料の作成
• 上記実行に必要な情報収集・分析
  • 市場環境のモニタリング（産業・政策・企業動向等の情報収集）
  • 現在の市場環境および将来の市場見通しの分析
  • グローバル・リージョナルチームからの情報収集

②CEタスクフォース活動のリード

Clean Energy領域における事業部横断での事業開発活動を推進するためのタスクフォースの活動を全面的にリードする

• 2025年活動プランの実行支援（以下アクションの一部例）
  • ケイパビリティ底上げに向けた事業部横断での勉強会の企画・実行
  • 社内外向けニュースレターのコンテンツ作成
  • 事業部横断で出展する展示会・学会での出展テーマ設定、出展に向けた関係各所との調整
  • グローバルリソースの収集および日本市場での営業活動に役立つコンテンツの選定、現場への展開
• 各アクションの効果測定と必要に応じてアクションの見直し・軌道修正
• タスクフォースメンバーとの定例会、およびLeadership teamへの報告会の議題設定、資料準備、当日のファシリテーション 

③その他Strategy teamとして担うべき業務のサポート

• Japan strategic plan策定サポート
• Strategy teamとしてexecutionを担当すべきad-hoc projectの実行サポート
• CEプロジェクトの進捗により、他のSTRAPイニチアチブのリードの役割の追加／への変更もおこりうる

Qualification

応募要件

Required capabilities: 

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
  • 英語は文面でのコミュニケーションが問題なく遂行でき、口頭でのコミュニケーションは苦手意識がなければOKとしますが、継続的な学習は必要です
  • 将来的には海外サーモフィッシャーのメンバーと問題なくコミュニケーションできるように学んでいく姿勢があること
• 戦略コンサルティングファームでのコンサルタント経験（3年程度）、または事業会社で企業・経営戦略の立案に携わったご経験
• 変化の激しい環境で柔軟に対応できる素直さ
• セルフスターター、プロアクティブに提案等ができること
• ロジックを立てストーリーを展開できる、So what?を常に意識して物事を考えられる姿勢
• 色々な立場の人と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、協力しながら進めていける姿勢
• ミッションの達成にコミットすることに熱意をもって取り組める方
• 資料作成スキル（PPT）、データ分析スキル（Excel）

<あると好ましい経験>

• クリーンエネルギー関連の製造業の知見はあると望ましいですが、現在お持ちでなくてもご入社後に自ら学ぶ意欲があればOKです

**About the Role:**
Lead cross-divisional business initiatives from strategy formulation to implementation, impacting our Clean Energy (CE) efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Strategic Planning:
- Revise strategies based on task force performance.
- Develop action plans and set KPIs.
- Formulate long-term strategies for the Clean Energy sector.
- Analyze market segments and build entry strategies.
- Prepare communication materials and gather vital information.
- Monitor market conditions and trends.

Task Force Leadership:
- Lead CE task force to promote business development.
- Execute 2025 activity plan: workshops, newsletters, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Measure and adjust action effectiveness.
- Facilitate regular meetings with task force and leadership.

Support Strategy Team:
- Assist in formulating Japan's strategic plan.
- Implement ad-hoc projects and lead other initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Language:

Native level Japanese

Proficient in English; comfortable improving communication skills.
- Experience: Consulting experience (approx. 3 years) preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Clean Energy manufacturing is a plus.
