YOUR IMPACT

The Strategic Programs Manager is a high-impact role designed for an early-career professional with strong potential, exceptional organizational skills, and a desire to learn how executive teams operate. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this individual will help coordinate leadership operating rhythms, support strategic initiatives, and ensure important priorities move forward effectively.

This role offers unique exposure to company strategy, executive decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to develop the skills required to become a future strategic leader.

Executive Leadership Team Support

  • Coordinate and support the cadence of Executive Leadership Team meetings, strategic reviews, and leadership forums.

  • Prepare agendas, materials, action-item tracking, and meeting summaries.

  • Help ensure decisions, commitments, and next steps are documented and followed through.

  • Identify opportunities to improve meeting effectiveness, communication, and accountability.

  • Maintain systems that help leadership teams stay organized and aligned.

CEO Priorities & Executive Operations

  • Support the execution of CEO priorities through coordination, follow-up, and progress tracking.

  • Assist in preparing materials, updates, and communications related to key initiatives.

  • Help surface risks, dependencies, and outstanding decisions that may impact execution.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather information and ensure leadership visibility into important priorities.

Strategic Programs & Cross-Functional Initiatives

  • Support the planning and execution of strategic projects that span multiple teams and functions.

  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

  • Track project progress and provide updates to leadership as needed.

  • Help identify blockers and facilitate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Board Meeting Preparation

  • Assist in coordinating materials and logistics for Board of Directors meetings and related reviews.

  • Support executives in gathering updates, preparing presentations, and tracking follow-up actions.

  • Help ensure information is accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Build and maintain systems that improve visibility, follow-through, and accountability.

  • Track priorities, deadlines, decisions, and action items across multiple initiatives.

  • Help leaders stay informed and organized through effective communication and reporting.

  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, collaboration, and execution across the organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, consulting, strategy, program management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders across different teams.
