We are seeking an experienced sharp and dynamic analytical mind to join our Product Analytics team as a Strategic product analyst. This position is ideally suited for those who are naturally passionate about learning, gaining knowledge, and analyzing anything they do and see with experience in utilizing data to make a significant impact. 

The role requires a combination of analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, and it involves working closely with various stakeholders and customers - including Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, SW developers, and AI experts at all levels.

As a Strategic product analyst at Aidoc’s Analytics group, you will play a critical role in expanding our data-driven vision by leading the analytical aspects of various products and services, focusing on:

• Designing and reflecting products’ KPIs and performing trend analysis with key stakeholders
• Conducting decision-support analysis for development and operations
• Building customer-facing and value demonstration analytics products
• Constantly improving our Analytics knowledge base and data platforms

The role is all about collaborating with stakeholders to craft their questions into tangible metrics and captivating visuals, empowering them to uncover insights and make informed decisions through the power of data. Plus, you get to dive deep into learning opportunities and document your discoveries, enriching our collective intelligence and fueling continuous improvement.

• 4+ years of experience in the Analytics and Product domains, including roles such as Product Manager, Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
• B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on projects
• A Master's degree - An advantage
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with experience working in a modern data stack including Databricks, dbt, and Git; ability to build scalable data models and deliver clear, actionable insights
