Your Contribution:
You take responsibility for global procurement in the areas of IT hardware and telecommunications - covering both direct and indirect spending.
Not only do yu manage operational procurement processes, but you also continuously optimize them, handling everything from initial offers to final delivery.
Working closely with product management, sales and IT, you develop effective sourcing strategies that align seamlessly with overall business goals
with a sharp eye for data, you regularly analyze procurement metrics, derive actionable recommendations, and present them confidently to stakeholders.
Using your negotiation skills, you confidently lead tenders and contract discussions, build long-term supplier relationships, and successfully clos high-value agreements.
What You Bring Along:
You have several years of practical procurement experience, ideally in the healthcare sector, with focus on IT hardware and software/licenses – telecommunications knowledge is a plus.
Your technical expertise includes SAP MM (ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA), advanced skills in MS Excel, and confident use of the Office365 suite.
You have a proven track record in negotiating contracts and successfully delivering strategic procurement projects.
With your strong, solution-oriented personality, you work independently with internal leadership and actively contribute to shaping global procurement strategies.
You hold a degree in business administration or IT, communicate fluently in English (German is a strong advantage), and work in an organized, analytical, and proactive manner across teams.
