We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Program Manager to drive our strategic segment projects and programs. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to drive the execution of key initiatives that support our team’s mission and vision. This includes defining and tracking progress against specific program goals and liaising with Product Managers and other operations organizations to ensure coordination with the broader Segment and Products org management operating rhythm.

This role requires a unique blend of business and financial savvy, creative problem solving, and ability to execute in evolving, ambiguous environments. This role is highly cross-functional and will involve close collaboration across a matrixed environment.

Day to Day:

  • Planning and executing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across the PLM portfolio working and coordinating cross-functional readiness, proactively managing risk and resolution and synchronizing cohesive communications around all PLM related product and service offerings.
  • Planning and executing Product Retirement programs across the PLM portfolio to drive consistent performance, providing monthly and quarterly business reviews and managing potential risks across teams and milestones.
  • Support process definition, refinement, and rollout, ensuring changes are reflected in tools, documentation, and ways of working.
  • Providing program management support for the New Service Introduction (NSI) planning and execution process with cross-functional stakeholders; performing monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Be part of the team that supports the implementation of the ePLM package modernization program to reinforce consistent execution across different workstreams
  • Drive PLM segment level execution of key initiatives and programs that support our product strategy and team goals.
  • Identify areas to improve processes, data quality, and systems; work cross-functionally to drive enhancements providing clear insights, surfacing tradeoffs, and offering data‑driven recommendations to inform decisions.
  • Work with product management & product operations to develop business plans for new offerings being launched
  • Support ad-hoc research projects to inform overall strategy

Preferred Skills and knowledge:

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills, ability to influence without authority
  • Business operations & strategic planning experience, 1-3 years
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, including familiarity with business information systems and Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, index and match functions, etc.)
  • Proactive and action-oriented, bias toward execution
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences
  • Curiosity and growth-oriented mindset
