Provide research-driven insights and analytical support to senior leadership by synthesizing market, competitive, and macroeconomic intelligence. Conduct financial and strategic analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, inform business unit strategy, and support investor-related activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data-driven perspectives, challenge existing assumptions, and deliver clear, actionable insights that guide long-term strategic decision-making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate insight-driven analyses and executive-ready materials for senior leadership and Board discussions                    
- Support business unit strategy through data-driven analysis, hypothesis development, and performance tracking
- Deliver structured competitive intelligence, including benchmarking and market/peer analysis
- Provide analytical support for investor relations, including preparation of market and competitor insights
- Analyze macroeconomic and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Synthesize cross-functional inputs to develop long-term, research-backed strategic perspectives
- Identify analytical opportunities, challenge assumptions, and introduce new frameworks to enhance decision quality
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on methodologies, assumptions, and key insights

Education and Experience:
•    Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Communications or another quantitative field
•    Experience: 1+ Year including Internship
•    Expert in PowerPoint and deck design
•    Expert in critical thinking and alignment
•    Expert in writing
•    Ability to communicate verbally with senior members of staff
