Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Onboarding & Enablement professional to join our P&T (Product & Technology) organization. This role will report to Head of Communications & Employee Engagement and will own three critical pillars: (1) onboarding of new hires into the P&T org, (2) ongoing training & enablement (including leveraging AI tools and workflows), and (3) career-pathing and instructional design in partnership with HR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, strong instructional design capabilities, a passion for AI or digital enablement, and a talent for collaborating across business, HR, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Early-Career Enablement • Design, execute and continuously improve the onboarding program for new hires into the P&T organization: ensuring they ramp quickly, understand role expectations, and are fully enabled to contribute. • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and team leads to define onboarding curricula, milestones, checkpoints, and success metrics. • Facilitate or oversee orientation sessions, role‐specific training, mentor/peer program elements, job shadowing, and "first 90/180 days" enablement plans. • Monitor onboarding outcomes (e.g., time-to-productivity, engagement, retention) and iterate the program accordingly.
Training & AI Enablement • Conduct learning needs assessments across P&T: identify skill gaps (technical, behavioral, AI or digital fluency), priorities enablement efforts. • Design and deliver training programs (in-person, virtual, self-paced, blended) that equip P&T staff with required capabilities - including leveraging AI tools, workflows, change-management around AI adoption or digital enablement. • Collaborate with subject‐matter experts, technology/AI teams, and HR to build training content, simulations, learning modules, job aids, and interactive experiences. • Serve as champion for AI-enablement in the org, partnering with AI team: help embed AI tools, ensure staff are proficient and confident, measure adoption and impact. • Track, report and communicate training effectiveness, adoption, business impact. Use metrics and feedback to optimize.
Career Pathing & Instructional Design • Work with HR and P&T leadership to define career pathways within the P&T organization: map roles, skills progression, competencies, and learning journeys. • Develop frameworks and toolkits for career development (e.g., levels of proficiency, role expectations, ready-now markers, stretch assignments). • Apply instructional design methodologies (adult learning theory, learning experience design, blended modalities) to craft engaging, effective learning assets. • Continuously evaluate and update learning materials and pathways to keep pace with evolving business needs, AI/digital trends, and future-ready skills. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and enablement within the P&T org.
What You'll Bring:
  • Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3-5 years (minimum) of experience in learning & development, training, onboarding, or enablement - ideally in a corporate environment. (Candidates with more experience are welcome.) • Proven instructional design skills: design and development of learning content, e-learning, blended modalities, facilitation. • Comfortable with emerging technologies and AI enablement: able to assess how AI tools and workflows can support the P&T org, embed enablement and training for adoption. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills: ability to partner with HR, business leaders, technology teams, subject matter experts. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness (metrics, feedback, ROI) and iterate programs accordingly. • Ability to craft and support career pathways / skills-progression frameworks. • Self-motivated, adaptable, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
    Key Outcomes & Success Metrics
    Some real-world sample metrics you might include to clarify what success looks like: • Time to full productivity for new hires in P&T (shorter ramp time). • Onboarding satisfaction / net promoter score. • Training completion rates, learner engagement, content access/utilization. • AI-tool adoption rates among P&T staff, usage metrics, enablement survey scores. • Improvement in particular skills/competency levels (pre/post training). • Internal mobility or career progression movement within the P&T org (as career-pathing takes hold). • Feedback from stakeholders (HR, business leads) on training relevance and impact.
