Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead

Transak is a global leader in Web3 payments infrastructure, enabling seamless crypto onboarding for users in over 160 countries. To accelerate this growth, we’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead to drive high-impact partnership initiatives and work directly with our CEO and VP of Partnerships on mission-critical projects.

As Strategic Partnerships & Operations Lead, you’ll wear two high-impact hats:

1. Partnerships Operator – managing due diligence, onboarding, and compliance processes with banks, payments providers, and global strategic partners.

2. Executive Partner – working side-by-side with the CEO and VP of Partnerships to execute key workflows, accelerate decision-making, and ensure Transak moves fast and effectively.

You’ll serve as a critical link between external partners and our internal teams including partnerships, product, legal, compliance, and finance, ensuring smooth launches, strong relationships, and sharp execution.

• Lead Strategic Partnerships Ops: Own due diligence, onboarding (KYBs), and compliance workflows for global banking, payments, and crypto partners.

• Work Closely with the CEO & VP Partnerships: Support executive decision-making with operational execution, including legal documentation and filings to strategic follow-ups.

• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across product, legal, compliance, and finance to keep partnership integrations moving smoothly and on time.

• Steward Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain critical company entity records, compliance resources, and internal documentation, ensuring everything is audit-ready.

• Enable Execution at Scale: Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are proactively managed.

• Support Legal & Regulatory Tasks: Assist with filings, notarization, and operational compliance to keep Transak sharp and growth-ready.

• Partnerships-Savvy – experience in legal, compliance, or partnership operations (fintech/crypto a plus).

• Miami-Based – available to work from our Wynwood office and provide in-person support to the CEO.
