Role OverviewWe're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead Massive Bio's partnership strategy and market development in Germany. This role is critical to our European expansion, focusing on building transformative relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers to advance oncology clinical trials.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & StrategyDesign and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and CROs across Germany
Lead high-stakes negotiations with C-level executives and research heads at major pharmaceutical organizations
Develop strategic alliances with leading oncology centers, university hospitals, and research networks
Create innovative partnership models that accelerate clinical trial enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in precision oncology and clinical trial technology
Build relationships with key opinion leaders, oncologists, and healthcare administrators
Represent Massive Bio at major industry conferences, medical symposiums, and partnership events
Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare authorities
Partner with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Data Science, Product) to deliver on partnership commitments
Provide strategic market intelligence and partnership insights to global leadership team
Ensure all partnership activities align with local regulations and compliance requirements
Establish KPIs for partnership success and drive measurable business impact
Develop and manage partnership pipeline with clear progression milestones
Support local team development and performance optimization
Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic recommendations to headquarters
4-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within healthcare, life sciences, or health technology
Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies or healthcare institutions
Experience with clinical trials ecosystem - understanding of patient recruitment, regulatory requirements, or research operations
Demonstrated success in developing new markets or expanding business operations in regulated industries
Experience at digital health companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), or pharmaceutical partnerships teams
Background in oncology, precision medicine, or clinical trial technologies
Previous roles in market expansion, country development, or regional partnership management
Understanding of European healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks
Strategic thinking with ability to translate business opportunities into actionable partnership strategies
Relationship building expertise with C-level executives and senior healthcare professionals
Negotiation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder agreements
Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to partnership performance
