InsureMyTrip is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Communications Specialist to support partnership growth and strengthen brand visibility through media relations, data-driven storytelling, content development, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage affiliate, referral, and strategic partner relationships that support business growth and brand awareness.
- Support the development of new partnership opportunities that expand the company's reach and strengthen strategic relationships.
- Plan and execute affiliate communications and promotional campaigns to drive partner engagement and success.
- Support media relations efforts through press outreach, story development, and relationship building with journalists and industry influencers.
- Coordinate the creation and promotion of original research, surveys, rankings, travel trend reports, and other data-driven content to generate media coverage and enhance brand recognition.
- Develop website, educational, and marketing content that supports SEO, customer acquisition, and overall brand awareness.
- Monitor travel industry trends, consumer insights, and market developments, translating key findings into content and communications for media, partners, and customers.
- Track and report on the performance of affiliate partnerships, media coverage, content engagement, and other key metrics to measure success and identify opportunities.
- Manage and grow InsureMyTrip's LinkedIn presence by creating engaging content, showcasing partnership initiatives, and interacting with industry audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, partnership efforts, and broader business objectives.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, research, media outreach, partnership development, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency.

Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, public relations, affiliate marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building relationships with media contacts.
- Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate, referral, partner, or business development programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to help inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.

The pay range for this position is $74,600 – $93,300 which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
