About The Role 

The Strategic Partner – Executive Talent Acquisition role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring senior-level technology talent (Assistant Vice President and above) to support organizational strategy and leadership effectiveness. This role partners closely with executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality, diverse candidate slates. The Executive Recruiter manages the end-to-end search process, including market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment, and offer negotiation, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for senior technology roles, including but not limited to engineering, data, digital, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture leadership 
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR to align hiring with business priorities, leadership gaps, and succession plans 
  • Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement 
  • Provide market insights, including talent trends, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarking 
  • Assess candidates for leadership capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential 
  • Manage the full hiring process, including stakeholder alignment, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support 
  • Oversee external search partners, ensuring quality and performance standards 
  • Strengthen recruiting effectiveness by improving tools, processes, and best practices, while coaching team members

  • Deliver white glove candidate experience with ability to attract/ source qualified candidate slates to deliver on our diversity goals. 
  • Ability to connect talent with business strategy and share this with future candidates through storytelling to proactively identify talent internally and externally. 
  • You are expert at networking and building a pipeline of senior leaders for competitive roles for future talent needs for the business. 
  • Partner with cross-functional recruiting teams on mid-senior level searches.  
  • Experience creating executive recruiting strategy and executive hiring reports to manage the process and identify successful candidates.  
  • Experience partnering, coaching, and influencing senior executives and candidates throughout the interview process including leading feedback calibrations, comp discussions and final offer negotiations. 

Candidates should demonstrate: 

  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work 
  • Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias 
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights 
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation 
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection 


Qualifications

Work Experience & Education

  • Greater than 10 years experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources Req 
  • 3-5 years leading through mentorship in related field Req 
  • 3-5 years leading projects and initiatives Req 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required
