Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Project Manager (Level 3) to join our dynamic BGS SM Functional Excellence team in Dallas, TX.
This integral member will work with process owners and business partners to continuously improve Supply Chain in support of planning, buying, warehousing and logistics, and business integrations. In this role, the focus will be enabling the BGS Supply Chain to attain an outstanding maturity of operational excellence, compliance, improved data, process diligence, and process redesign.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead Supply Chain Lean and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Participate and assist in projects aimed at operational excellence, process optimization and standardization.
- Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to document requirements and program manage projects to completion.
- Utilize industry-standard methodologies such as Project Management in accordance with project management industry standards, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile to support process improvement initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics to enhance to entire Functional Excellence team
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Program Management, or Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SmartSheet.
- 3+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership and internal/external customers.
- 3+ years teaching/mentoring others.
- Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and concisely.
- Independently manage multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects.
- Experience with risk identification and mitigation plans.
