As a Strategic Partner Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships, focusing on deep customer understanding and impactful sales strategies within the financial technology sector.
Job Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with key strategic partners to expand market reach and sales opportunities.
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with partner objectives and Temenos' overall business goals.
* Initiate compelling sales conversations with partners, understanding their unique business needs, motivations, and buying influences.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of the partner's buying process and navigate complex decision-making structures.
* Effectively manage customer issues and concerns, demonstrating strong customer-focused problem-solving skills.
* Build and strengthen customer loyalty through consistent engagement, value delivery, and exceptional relationship management.
* Overcome buyer indifference and manage resistance effectively to secure commitment and close deals.
* Leverage and optimize sales systems and tools to track progress, forecast sales, and manage partner accounts efficiently.
* Continuously seek opportunities to expand the service offerings and value proposition to strategic partners.
* Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
* Proven experience in strategic partner sales or enterprise sales within the financial technology or software industry.
* Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen customer relationships and foster strong customer loyalty.
* Exceptional skills in building rapport and developing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong customer-focused approach with a deep understanding of customer issues, motivations, and business needs.
* Expertise in managing customer issue resolution and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Proficiency in understanding and navigating complex buying influences and processes.
* A track record of successfully managing buyer indifference and overcoming resistance in sales cycles.
* Familiarity and experience with various sales systems and tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
* Ability to initiate compelling sales conversations that drive engagement and secure commitments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
