We are looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

 In this role you’ll foster strong relationships with technology cloud providers to drive growth and innovation. This role involves developing and executing partnership strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying abreast of industry trends to optimize scorecard performance and maximize value. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and a track record of successful partner management in the cloud computing space.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with technology cloud providers, including but not limited to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and others.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, leveraging cloud provider capabilities to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration, joint initiatives, and co-selling/co-marketing activities with cloud providers to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize partnership performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment and coordination in executing partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Industry Insight and Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to cloud computing, providing insights and recommendations to inform partnership strategies and decision-making.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on technology cloud provider relationships, sharing insights and best practices internally and externally to enhance understanding and drive strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, consulting or other client facing roles.
  • Experience in industry procurement and client and/or vendor relationship management.
  • Strong active listening and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize input and develop observations and conclusions quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills with the ability to establish rapport with and influence multiple leaders and internal business partners.
  • Experience and knowledge of organizational development principles and practices, including managing large scale projects, timeline and resources.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring key performance metrics to continually obtain feedback.
  • Excellent communicator with superior verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment often with multiple and competing demands.
  • Passionate about the customer and skilled at translating customer needs into technology solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, with a focus on technology cloud providers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, platforms, and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business situations, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive results.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive impact through strategic partnerships.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $120,000 to $180,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
