You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.
How you will contribute
You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

More about this role
- This role enables MDS' portfolio of strategic and critical partners to successfully service the MDS organization throughout the E2E engagement cycle.
- Provides an ecosystem of relationship management expertise and supporting programs, elevating partner's performance and executional excellence whilst creating a platform for dialogue and opportunity for both Partner and MDS mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Through implementation of the Partner Excellence Program, the SPM team takes a holistic approach to manage our Strategic & Critical Operational Partners as an eco-system and build strategic partner management CoE through fit-for-purpose initiatives, activities and support
- Enable value-based partnerships through partner eco-system approach based on relevance to MDS strategy and objectives and categorization of the Strategic Partner Profile.
- Demonstrated, reliable governance process for Partnership Performance, executional excellence, commercials and compliance.
- SPM as "chief of staff" and trusted relationship driver enabling strong, mutually beneficial relationships across all stakeholders within the Partner eco-system, supporting genuine investment on both sides.
- SPM expertise and advice in de-escalation issues and mediator in problem management, preventing impact on performance, costs, and compliance.
What you need to know about this position:
- Act as the interface support between MDS Strategic Partner Management and Strategic Partner teams for key activities including:
- SPOC for commercial activities, collaborate with AP team (Accounts payable), MDLZ stakeholders and Partners for monitoring and resolving commercial issues (PO consumption, pending invoice, PO creation etc.)
- Support the deployment and day to day running of effective partner governance with key partners.
- Provide administrative support to strategic partner management governance activities; including document control, maintaining an organised and centralized repository of all governance and commercial records, meeting management, reporting, supporting evidence.
- Utilize SharePoint and collaboration tools whilst undertaking tasks.
- Effectively support the Strategic Excellence Programs as relates to the Partner Excellence Program (e.g. Partner Excellence Plans, Partner Excellence Maturity Matrix, Partner Health Dashboard).
- Learn and align to various SPM tools like Joint Business Planning, Partner Classification, Factsheets, Delivery and Obligation tracking
- Support and collaborate with MDS leads, Procurement, Finance as required to enable robust relationship governance.
- Support wider team initiatives such as team meetings, town halls etc.

Education / Certifications:
- University degree in Finance, Business Management, or similar discipline
- 3 to 4 years business related experience, preferable in a IT, Shared Services, Procurement or BPO environment
Job specific requirements:
- Progressive Work Experience in IT and or BPO Outsourced environment in Vendor Mngt, Project Management, Process improvement or other quality programs.
- Experience of working in a global business services environment or internal service delivery
- Experience in complex organizations and matrix reporting relationship.
- Demonstrated experience in interactions with multiple teams to complete tasks with internal and external partner colleagues
- Must possess "soft skills": personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, ability to interact with all levels of organizations and cross culturally.
- Proven project management skills, meeting facilitation, written/oral communication and presentation skills. Able to liaise between internal stakeholders and partners
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of commercial considerations.
- Technical Work Experience (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration tools like SharePoint)
