Role: Program Director – Strategic Operations

Job Overview We are looking for experienced Program Directors to develop and lead cross-functional programs in Supply Chain Advisory team in Blue Yonder. Supply Chain Advisory is a global team that focuses on accelerating customer outcomes with speed and scale and being a trusted advisor through their journey with Blue Yonder. The Program Director will ensure cross-functional program goals are met in respect to budget, planning, quality, performance and customer satisfaction. The Program Director will help create, organize, and improve customer facing and internal collaterals and communications. Responsibilities also include developing standard operating procedures for external communications and coaching members of the organization on how to effectively showcase the value of BlueYonder.

Program Directors will also be involved in overseeing select strategic initiatives and internal projects that are defined to improve Blue Yonder’s internal operations. These types of activities will cover a wide range of business domains and require flexibility and strong learning capabilities.

Success will be dependent upon developing and implementing – templates, visualization to ensure program goals are achieved. The role will include strong working relationships with Solution Advisory, Strategic Advisory, AI Advisory, Finance, Associate Success, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and other Operations Teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Support improving effectiveness of customer and cross-functional communication

· Develop, Plan and execute Measurements, Reporting and Key initiative tracking across global organization

· Identify and support systemic improvements to program execution through new tools, processes, policies, procedures, standardization of project lifecycle, and best practices capture/sharing to support the organization’s strategic goals

· Identify potential program risks and issues early and proactively work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them.

· Work closely with senior management on strategy, organization initiatives, program reviews and quality management

· Perform end-to-end program management starting from inception to deployment and adoption

· Work across geographical teams to ensure timeline, quality and budget are kept in line with the program expectations

Key Skills

· Ability to communicate effectively: Produces high-quality PowerPoint presentations using strong visual design, storytelling, and formatting skills with rapid turnaround and repetitive feedback.

· Capability to design, implement, and manage operational strategies that support organizational objectives in a matrix organization (process refinement and risk mitigation).

· Expertise in gathering, interpreting, and presenting performance data and insights

· Ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional team members – including: presenting strategic recommendations, influencing decision-making, and representing the organization in high-impact environments.

· Manages project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for solution delivery across a matrix organization

· Proficiency with Agile methodologies, project management tools, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Ability to assess, redesign, and enhance business processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance across global supply chains.

· Ability to travel to US as needed

Required Experiences:

· Proven experience in managing complexities to drive operational efficiency, simplification and streamlined communications and reporting.

· Experience in interacting with VPs and higher for planning, budgeting, and strategic discussions

· Experience in playing a CATALYST role in change management

· Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

· Thorough understanding of continuous improvement principle and techniques

· Collaborative, but confident leader who can ensure support from a diverse set of internal contributors to the overall mission

· Strong interpersonal, team building and sustaining relationship skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly presentation experience to senior levels of management

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to organize and prioritize work, work independently and within ambiguity, produce deliverables, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities

· Ability to collaborate with larger organization, development teams and other Operations Teams to implement/ revise processes and systems.

· 12+ years program management and communications experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study

Preferred Experiences:

· Understanding of Blue Yonder’s or competitive supply chain solutions

· Excellent knowledge in using various MS tools, Confluence, Salesforce

· Experience with machine learning and AI, Automation

· Master’s degree in business or related field of study
