YOUR MISSION

Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career with a leading global brand? We are looking for a dedicated Strategic Key Account Manager to join our Nordic Sales team in Helsinki. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can start as soon as possible. In this role, you will primarily manage the Intersport Strategic Account in Finland.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in strengthening our strategic partnership with Intersport and ensuring that our brand continues to grow and thrive in the Nordic market. This position also requires regular travel within the Nordics. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Intersport and other key accounts to fully understand their business needs and drive sustainable growth and brand visibility.

  • Developing and executing long-term sales strategies and seasonal go-to-market plans to deliver against sales targets and KPIs.

  • Working closely with the Sr. Strategic Key Account Manager Intersport Nordic to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives and alignment with global, regional, and area guidelines.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the right products are distributed through the right channels at the right time.

  • Planning and executing customer meetings, business reviews, and events to strengthen partnerships and drive sell-in and sell-through performance.

  • Monitoring and analyzing customer sell-through to identify opportunities and implement actions that maximize sales performance.

  • Ensuring budgets, planning, and distribution align with company objectives and standards.

YOUR TALENT
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably working with large strategic accounts within the sporting goods, retail, or consumer goods industry.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.

  • Strong commercial mindset, with a solid track record of developing sales strategies and achieving ambitious targets.

  • Independent, proactive and structured, with the ability to take full ownership of your work.

  • Comfortable working with data and using Excel as a natural part of your daily working tool.

  • Fluent in English and Finnish.
