We are seeking a detailed-oriented, highly motivated, and experienced Strategic Initiatives Manager to support our Revenue team. This position is responsible for managing key projects; from planning to implementation and monitoring implemented processes to ensure running efficiently and effectively. The individual must be willing to respond to the given priorities of the day and be willing to work cooperatively in a challenging and dynamic environment. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives with the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of special projects, including but not limited to:

  • Oversees, documents and implements all aspects of the assigned projects
  • Collaboratively creates well-structured project plans and organizes project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Oversees tasks assigned to others to ensure projects are moving forward
  • Sets up and organizes meetings pertaining to projects
  • Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Provides regular project updates to senior leadership with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, forming strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactively identifies key issues prior to and during implementation, raises issues with Stakeholders and offers solutions to resolve issues or risks that jeopardize delivery
  • Develops communications such as remarks, presentations, and correspondence to a multitude of stakeholders
  • Values documentation organization and effectively uses SharePoint and other project Management tools

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience working with legal, personal injury, financial services and/or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage workload independently, addressing challenges and ensuring consistent progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey project details succinctly to a range of Stakeholders and roles
  • Extensive experience with Project Management tools like Smartsheet, Excel and other Microsoft Office Software
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
