- Execute GTM outreach and prospecting activities to identify and qualify new sales and partnership opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive research using tools, including Pitchbook, to provide strategic insights
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, partnerships, and customer interactions
- Own communication channels with key customer and partner stakeholders to ensure proactive communication and follow-up activities
- Prepare executive-level and operational reports on program KPIs, including pipeline metrics, partnership status, and growth initiatives
- Assist Senior Growth Executives with sales-related activities, including meeting preparation, proposal support, and opportunity qualification
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between sales, customer success, marketing, and delivery teams to support strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain program documentation, playbooks, and best practices
- Support the preparation and delivery of presentations on Mission service offerings and competencies
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- 3+ years experience in sales, operations, business development or related roles within the professional services, consulting, or cloud SaaS industries.
- Direct experience with the Private Equity market preferred, either selling into PE value creation or supporting PE operating team or value creation function
- High-energy, self-motivated with strong competitive mindset, intellectual curiosity and drive to take ownership of workstreams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience with Pitchbook or similar market research platforms is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level reports and presentations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience supporting sales teams or exposure to B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification to be achieved within the first year of employment at Mission Cloud
- Must be able and willing to manage up to 20% travel
