Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
About the Team
The Strategic Execution team sits at the heart of Fever Originals, helping our Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI) operate more efficiently as they continue to grow globally.
We work across the entire SSI portfolio—including experiences such as We Call It, The Jury Experience, The Jazz Room and other scalable productions—to improve how teams work, how resources are allocated and how operational decisions are made.
Partnering closely with Production, Project Management, Business, Finance and Operations teams, our mission is to build the systems, processes and insights that allow SSI to scale sustainably while maintaining operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Strategic Execution Project Manager, you will help shape how SSI operates at scale by turning operational data into actionable improvements.
You will continuously analyse how our teams work, identify inefficiencies and partner with stakeholders to implement practical solutions that improve productivity, optimise costs and strengthen operational discipline.
Rather than simply reporting metrics, you'll help drive change across the organisation—working closely with Project Managers, Producers and Strategic Execution to improve ways of working and ensure operational best practices are consistently adopted across all regions.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, stakeholder management and a passion for continuous improvement.
What you'll Own
You will be responsible for:
- Measuring operational performance across SSI teams and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Monitoring team capacity and supporting workforce planning.
- Driving compliance with operational standards and processes.
- Delivering actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of new operational tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of how Project Managers, Producers and Support Agents spend their time across key operational activities.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities to simplify workflows.
- Benchmark teams against best practices and recommend process, tooling, organisational or training improvements.
- Monitor the impact of implemented initiatives and measure efficiency improvements over time through regular reviews.
Capacity & Resource Planning
- Analyse individual and team bandwidth
- Provide recommendations to optimise workload allocation and improve resource utilisation.
- Support long-term workforce planning by identifying hiring needs based on capacity trends and business growth.
- Build recurring reporting that provides visibility into team utilisation across the SSI organisation.
Operational Compliance
- Monitor adherence to key operational standards and processes, including:
- Capacity planning and forecasting
- Pipeline management
- Session scheduling and operational timelines
- Cancellation tracking and root cause analysis
- Partner directly with Project Managers to understand blockers, coach process adoption and improve compliance through continuous feedback.
- Work with Strategic Execution to refine existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification.
Cost Optimisation
- Analyse production and operational costs across the SSI portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve contribution margins through operational efficiencies.
- Support local teams in reviewing P&Ls and developing action plans to optimise costs while maintaining experience quality.
- Track the impact of optimisation initiatives and share best practices across markets.
Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development, testing and rollout of new operational tools, dashboards and planning frameworks.
- Help improve reporting capabilities by identifying new metrics and analytical approaches.
- Ensure operational documentation, reporting standards and dashboards remain accurate and relevant.
- Act as a key partner for Strategic Execution in driving operational excellence initiatives across SSI.
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, Strategy or similar analytical roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL and BI tools is highly desirable.
- Experience analysing operational processes, productivity or business performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in operational excellence, process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.

Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
