At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
About the RoleAs an Event Specialist, you are responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of Summit, Tour and Tier 1 tradeshows. Drive event project plans and documentation, maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and status reporting across multiple concurrent events
Manage vendor and cross-functional team relationships, overseeing deliverables, contracts, budgets, and proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues
Lead on-site event execution, directing teams across registration, room management, speaker coordination, and real-time problem-solving
Own post-event analysis and reporting, synthesizing data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement

Strong project management, time management, organizational, and execution skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines
