Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing innovative leadership with exceptional quantitative problem-solving and leadership skills across large scale, enterprise-wide complex projects and multiple business units.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of business management or strategy consulting experience with a consulting firm and/or corporate strategy area preferred.
* Healthcare or Dental experience required.
* Relationship building and communication acumen including positive executive-level interaction experiences and an ability to engage in difficult conversations.
* Experienced in identifying competitive threats, defensive measures, and supporting the development of future strategic response and innovation options.
* Demonstrated experience contributing to the analysis of company needs and supporting the growth of business strategies.

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$58,800.00 - $130,100.00
