As the Strategic Consultant you will be responsible for executing the Document & Data Management Services strategic roadmap, leveraging technology to maximize impact for our customers and achieve key business objectives. You will harness operational data, and insights from our Voice of the Customer (VOC) experiences, collaborating with internal teams and business partners, to identify opportunities and develop actionable solutions. Your work will focus on enhancing business processes, improving employee engagement, overseeing change management initiatives, and fostering open communication across the organization.

The Impact
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support technology and process improvement projects of varying scope.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Oversee vendor governance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Championing proactive risk management, seamless transitions, and business continuity planning
- Position the organization for resilience, scalability, and long-term success
- Facilitating workshops and guiding leaders through organizational change with clear communication and adoption strategies.
The Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, organizational development, business consulting or Operations.
- 3+ years of vendor management and contract negotiation.
- 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing long-term strategies and initiatives.
- Due to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to quality as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.

- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Ability to proactively plan, prioritize, and adjust strategies based on evolving data and business needs.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive transition and change management plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse groups.
- High proficiency with Strategic storytelling using Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint) or data visualization platforms/tools.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred and relevant certifications a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, business consulting, or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
