As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Strategic Channel Account Manager to drive our global relationship with Accenture and expand Alkira’s presence within their ecosystem. 

Position Summary 

The Strategic Channel Account Manager (GSIs – Accenture) will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Alkira’s global partnership strategy with Accenture. This role requires a highly motivated, strategic thinker with deep experience in enterprise technology partnerships and an understanding of how GSIs design, sell, and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the Accenture relationship, driving joint go-to-market motions, building executive alignment, enabling Accenture practices, and generating pipeline opportunities that deliver measurable revenue growth for Alkira.

This position will report to the Director of Global Channels and Alliances, and will require 50 - 75% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Alkira’s global relationship with Accenture, serving as the primary alliance leader and advocate.
  • Develop and execute a joint business plan, aligning Alkira’s Network Infrastructure as-a-Service solutions with Accenture’s cloud, networking, and security practices.
  • Build and maintain strong executive, practice, and sales-level relationships across Accenture’s global and regional business units.
    Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including solution development, joint marketing, and co-selling programs. 
  • Work with Accenture client teams to identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise opportunities where Alkira’s platform delivers customer value. 
  • Support sales pursuits by coordinating Alkira and Accenture resources, ensuring alignment in messaging, pricing, and customer engagement. 
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities sourced and influenced by Accenture
  •  Lead partner enablement efforts, including training Accenture sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams on Alkira solutions. 
  • Evangelize Alkira within Accenture practices such as Cloud First, Security, and Network Transformation. 
  • Ensure Alkira is represented in Accenture’s solution catalogs, reference architectures, and partner marketplaces. 
  • Define and track joint KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue contribution with Accenture. 
  • Provide regular reporting and executive updates on partnership performance. 
  • Collaborate internally with Alkira’s sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to align strategies and resources. 

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or business development roles within enterprise technology. 
  • Demonstrated success managing global partnerships with Accenture or other GSIs (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation programs. 
  • Proven ability to build and manage C-level and senior executive relationships. 
  • Track record of driving joint pipeline and revenue growth with GSIs. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment.
