Own complex platform capabilities from architecture through production support, troubleshoot Linux-based environments, improve scalability and reliability, and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance while developing cloud-native microservices with Golang, gRPC, and Protobuf.

Embed with strategic enterprise customers to architect, build, and deploy Alkira-based cloud and hybrid network solutions. Lead technical evaluations, run workshops, develop automation (Terraform, APIs, scripting), provide deep troubleshooting, and drive customer adoption and product feedback from evaluation through production.

Develop and execute regional enterprise sales strategies, manage opportunities from lead generation through close, map customer decision-makers, deliver presentations and platform demonstrations, guide trials, and achieve revenue targets. The role manages complex, extended sales cycles and large deals while coordinating engineering, product, marketing, finance, partners, and executives. It also provides market feedback and builds long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.

Lead Alkira’s QA and Automation team, setting quality strategy and standards for a cloud networking platform. Responsibilities include developing Python-based automation, maintaining Terraform and Jenkins CI infrastructure, designing functional, regression, integration, negative, performance, and scale tests, validating releases across public clouds, debugging failures, coordinating distributed engineers, mentoring staff, and participating in mandatory on-call support.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and success criteria for enterprise networking solutions. Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and customer needs into scalable technical products. Use market insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to guide decisions, manage risks and dependencies, support releases, and drive adoption of AI/ML, cloud networking, and modern architectures.

Develop and enable strategic partners on Alkira and Lumen networking solutions. Responsibilities include partner training, technical solution development for networking and security needs, content creation, event and webinar participation, competitive intelligence, and collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams. The role requires strong networking and security expertise, customer- or partner-facing experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise NIaaS deals in the Denver region: prospect, map decision makers, demo platform, guide trials, and close complex, long-cycle deals. Meet regional revenue targets while coordinating engineering, product, marketing, finance, and executives to win business and provide feedback to optimize processes and strategy.

Drive enterprise sales for Alkira's cloud-native networking platform in the Seattle region. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, present demos, guide trials, engage C-level stakeholders, meet revenue targets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex deals.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise accounts: present demos, run POCs, design and deploy network architectures, respond to RFPs, and drive product feedback to shape roadmap.

Build, ship, and operate backend microservices and large-scale distributed systems for multi-cloud networking. Design APIs, databases, and Kubernetes deployments; use AI-assisted developer tooling; handle on-call, telemetry, and customer escalations; improve existing services.

Travel ~50% across the territory and collaborate with direct sales, marketing, and SE teams to expand market presence.

Resolve escalated, high-priority customer networking issues by performing root cause analysis, reproducing and reporting bugs, coordinating with engineering and QA, validating fixes, producing documentation/training, and providing on-call escalation support during off hours.
