Job DescriptionDo you enjoy purchasing, do you like expanding your knowledge of different markets, do you enjoy networking and direct contact with different personalities? You will also be responsible for the following activities:
- Identifying market potential, taking up possible new products for the market and proactive personal presence in the markets served
- Network development and maintenance of long-term relationships with regular suppliers as well as search for additional suppliers and intermediary partners
- Ongoing market analyses & coordination with the sales team
- Inspection of potential purchasing volumes
- Processing, negotiating and concluding supplier inquiries and complaints
- You have completed your education and already have professional experience in purchasing or sales, experience in the construction industry would be an additional plus
- In addition to German, you are also fluent in English, any other foreign language is an advantage
- You enjoy traveling (up to 50%) and have a flexible and spontaneous approach
- Extensive knowledge of the MS Office Suite, as well as an interest in additional IT systems
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- Driving license class B

In this attractive position, you will be assigned to salary group IV in the collective agreement for the wood processing industry. This corresponds to a monthly minimum collective salary on a full-time basis of EUR 3,307. A possible overpayment is depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
