Support the Global CFO in planning and executing finance, performance management and business transformation projects. Prepare decision papers, presentations and analyses, manage strategic initiatives and internal processes, liaise with leaders across Finance and Operations, and ensure alignment and follow-up on strategic actions.

- You work closely together with the global CFO Warehousing Solutions and support him in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities and strategic projects.
- Within this framework, you drive and execute specific management projects related to finance, performance management and business transformation.
- You manage the implementation of strategic initiatives and internal processes on behalf of the CFO.
- Furthermore, you engage with leaders across the global Warehousing Solutions organization to identify emerging issues and advise the CFO on key priorities and business opportunities.
- You prepare decision papers, presentations and analyses for executive management and support the follow-up on strategic actions and initiatives.
- You act as a trusted interface between Finance, Operations and the leadership team, ensuring alignment and effective communication across functions and regions.
What You Bring:
- You have successfully completed an academic degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Ideally, you have several years of relevant professional experience in finance, controlling, strategy, management consulting or a comparable business environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and possess an outgoing, supportive and proactive personality in reaching out to others and driving topics to completion.
- You are an ambitious team player, demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality and outstanding analytical skills.
- You are able to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple topics in a dynamic international environment.
- You possess excellent Excel skills and have experience with data analysis, financial modelling and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Furthermore, you are fluent in German and English.
Skills Required
