Position Summary
You will lead strategic relationships with hospital and specialist accounts across the Philippines. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal colleagues to deliver science-led, patient-focused solutions. We seek clear communicators who use data and collaboration to drive results. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver an account plan for assigned hospitals and specialist clinics using both face-to-face and digital engagement.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital decision makers, specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Use data and insights to prioritise opportunities, measure impact and refine account activities.
- Design and run customer-focused programs that support best clinical practice and improve patient care.
- Coordinate with medical affairs, market access and commercial colleagues to provide integrated account solutions.
- Ensure all activities follow ethical standards and comply with local regulations.

Working arrangement
This role is hybrid. You will spend time visiting accounts in the field and time in the office for teamwork. Regular travel within your assigned region is required.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical sales, hospital account management, or related healthcare roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hospital specialists and healthcare decision makers.
- Strong planning, territory management and data-driven decision skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English. Fluent Filipino or regional language skills are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working in teaching hospitals or tertiary care centres.
- Background or experience in specialty therapeutic areas or hospital-focused care.
- Experience designing and leading peer-to-peer education or multidisciplinary learning sessions.
- Strong digital literacy and experience using CRM and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success launching new initiatives or programs in hospital settings.
- Proven teamwork and influencing skills across functions.
