We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our Managed Accounts team and help our most prestigious clients harness this power.

Your goal is to guide them through our ecosystem - SMS, WhatsApp, Email and VOIP to help them realise their full potential using the new Esendex Connect platform.
What You’ll Do:- Consultative Growth: Transition from merely selling to becoming a trusted advisor, uncovering how our Azure-powered solutions can address intricate communication challenges for prominent brands.
- Strategic Upselling: Take the initiative with our existing portfolio to unveil new products that enhance the customer experience.
- Platform Advocacy: Represent Esendex Connect, showcasing how our new speed and scalability can revolutionise a client's ROI.
- Relationship Excellence: Guide the customer purchasing journey within large organisations, managing complex negotiations and sealing high-value deals.
- Collaborative Success: Collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to relay client needs, ensuring our roadmap remains at the forefront of the market.
- A B2B Professional: You boast a solid background in Account Management or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or Telecoms.
- Technically Curious: You’re enthusiastic about modern architecture (like Azure) and can articulate how technical capabilities translate into business value.
- Relationship Driven: You don’t just meet targets; you forge long-term partnerships with a professional, consultative approach.
- Results Oriented: You are self-motivated, thrive on surpassing goals, and revel in the success of expanding key accounts.
- A Natural Communicator: You’re comfortable in a boardroom, shifting effortlessly between high-level strategy and detailed technical execution.

- Competitive Salary £30 - 36,500 per annum
- Bonus scheme (uncapped commission, on target earnings; £12,000 per annum)
