About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will develop and build growth within targeted Retail Pharmacy, HealthIT and Insurance Organizations. You'll provide leadership for the sales process and management of all cross-functional teams. Taking ownership of our Enterprise Portfolio and creating strategies and solutions to meet our customers’ short and long-term needs.
Responsibilities

  • Leading the identification, exploration, and analysis of new opportunities to develop successful strategies and business initiatives within assigned strategic accounts
  • Taking ownership for engagements and communicating deal status to all key internal stakeholders to drive a successful sales process forward. (Commercial, Clinical Executive, and Account Management.)
  • Providing guidance to senior leadership, sales team and overall support structure to ensure communication, collaboration, and consistency in our approach
  • Driving improvements in the number of engagements to strengthen our overall business approach and improve our closure opportunities.
  • Educating senior leadership on industry trends and initiatives, while driving our value-based selling messaging.
  • Developing effective, collaborative relationships with C-Level executives, team members and stakeholders to ensure a successful sales outcome.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of success from B2B sales, technology solution selling experience in healthcare.
  • Have a proven track-record of success in prospecting, closing new business, leading to consistent quota achievement.
  • Demonstrate experience with “Consultative Selling” to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Have experience selling technology solutions in a complex B2B/healthcare environment, with multiple influencers and decision makers.
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities
  • Have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Coupled with exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, fluency in English.
  • Have knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare. Coupled with the ability to effectively influence various non-reporting functions in a matrixed business structure.
  • Able to travel as necessary, estimated 40% overnight.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $119,300 - $221,500. Total Target Cash Range: $183,500 - $340,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Colorado, the base pay range is $119,300 - $221,500, the total target cash range is $183,500 - $340,700.If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $125,400 - $232,700, the total target cash range is $192,700 - $357,700.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $131,300 - $243,700, the total target cash range is $201,900 - $374,700.
