We are looking for a Storyteller who can turn complex solar technology into simple,

emotional, and engaging stories that millions of people want to watch, share, and remember.

This person will become the voice of Loom Solar across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X,

podcasts, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understands how to combine psychology, business, filmmaking, and

storytelling to build India's most loved home energy brand.

Mission

Build Loom Solar into India's most trusted home energy brand by creating stories that

educate, inspire, and influence millions of homeowners, dealers, distributors, installers, and

entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build Brand Stories

Create compelling stories around customers, dealers, distributors, and installers.

Turn real customer experiences into viral content.

Simplify technical concepts into relatable stories.

Develop a consistent Loom Solar brand narrative.2. Content Strategy

Create storytelling content for:

o YouTube

o Instagram Reels

o LinkedIn

o Facebook

o X

o Podcasts

o Website

o Email campaigns

Plan a monthly storytelling calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.

3. Founder Storytelling

Write speeches, interviews, podcasts, and social posts for the founder.

Identify founder experiences that inspire entrepreneurs and customers.

Build the founder into a thought leader in renewable energy.

4. Customer Storytelling

Develop stories such as:

Family saves ₹50,000 annually with solar.

Village becomes energy independent.

Dealer grows from ₹10 lakh to ₹5 crore.

Installer transforms his livelihood.

Homeowner achieves uninterrupted power backup.

5. Script Writing

Write scripts for:

Product launch videos

Documentary-style films

Customer testimonials

Dealer success stories

Recruitment videos

Employer branding

Sales campaigns
